Douglas Avenue, Toronto and Horsham Avenue, North York
Transitional interiors combine modern and traditional design in one space, and the result is cohesive. If you do not want to give up traditional elements but would love to bring in new modern ideas, this style is the fit. It is a fresher, more youthful take on classic design, and mixing styles well is something we have practised for years.
To get a well-blended transitional look we keep the colour palette neutral and let the lines of the furniture take centre style, then add textural elements, a few accent colours and impactful art to freshen the room. The two projects here are Residence III on Douglas Avenue, Toronto, and a house on Horsham Avenue, North York, including its kitchen, dining room, living room and bathrooms.
