Who we are
thedesignereye.com is operated by Sanaz Design Inc., an interior design firm based in Toronto, Ontario, founded in 2006 by Sanaz Nouri. The site brings together Sanaz Design Inc. and Style with Sanaz, including the Style with Sanaz Premium members area and the Style Haven magazine shop.
These terms apply to everyone who visits the site. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this website
You may browse the site, watch the episodes, read the journal and contact us for your own personal or business use. You agree not to use the site in a way that damages it, interferes with other visitors, or breaks any law.
You agree not to copy, scrape, download or republish the site's content in bulk, and not to attempt to gain access to any part of the site, server or members area that you are not entitled to.
The members area
The Style with Sanaz Premium members area contains video series and lessons for members. A member account is personal to you. Keep your login details private, do not share your account with anyone else, and tell us at info@thedesignereye.com if you think someone else is using it.
The videos and materials in the members area are for your personal viewing and learning. You may not download, record, copy, share, resell or publish them, or use them to create your own courses or content. Access can be withdrawn from an account that breaks these rules.
Purchases from the shop and membership sign-ups are handled on the pages where you make them. Nothing on this page changes what is shown there.
Content and intellectual property
The text, photographs, videos, drawings, logos and the names 'the designer eye', 'Style with Sanaz' and 'Sanaz Design' on this site belong to Sanaz Design Inc. or Sanaz Nouri, or are used with the permission of their owners. You may share links to pages and episodes. Any other use of the content needs written permission from us first.
Episodes embedded from YouTube play through YouTube's privacy-enhanced player and are subject to YouTube's own terms. They load only after you accept cookies on this site.
Information on this site
The site describes Sanaz Nouri's work and shares ideas about interior design. It is general information, not advice for a specific property, and it is not a substitute for a consultation on your own home.
Client testimonials are the words of the people who wrote them and describe their own experience. Photographs show homes Sanaz has designed or styled; furniture, art and accessories shown are not for sale unless the page says so.
We work to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise that every page is free of errors at all times. If you spot one, please let us know.
Links to other sites
The site links to YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other third-party sites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their content.
